You enter the old mansion on this Sunday afternoon, your gleaming Crime Scene Investigation badge held firmly in hand as you walk with you new partner. Eager to learn the ropes, you listen as she starts to talk:
"Wow. This building is barely together. The crumbling coloms got my attention as much as the report itself, almost its own problem. We aren't here for the architecture though, that's a different department's problem. We are here for the case. For some odd reason, the report states the cause is something as simple as //cyanide//. I suspect is was chlorine, given the potent smell. They don't believe my claims to be valid, however, so I need you to help me prove this. We must investigate this before evidence disappears. You're $name, right?" You nod you're head.
"I'm Drew Daniels by the way." You politely shake her hand.
"I know this whole CSI thing is new to you, so I hope to point you in the right direction. Just alway be aware of any changes you see, nothing is to be messed with unless completely necessary, understand? I hope you do so, because have a lot of work to do on this [[investigation]]."

[[Don't say anything and record her|Stand by the deck]]A whiff of coffee hits like a Sunday afternoon. Well, if a Sunday afternoon involved poison. You notice a bitter, yet nutty smell coming from the coffee. //It must have been cyanide,// you think. Cyanide seems to smell alot like bitter almonds, from what you've heard.

She glares back, hiding the blood behind her. "No I didn't. I was just...well, what are you doing here! I said don't follow me." Trying to grab the tube, you swipe your hand, barely missing and leaving fingerprints behind.

You rewind to see a young man, aroung college age. drop some strange liquid into the coffee before the man takes it to the guest room. The young man turns, appearing to be related to Drew. Perhaps a brother. You look again and see a last name on the jersey: Daniels.
[[Call Drew]]
[[Save the tape for evidence]]
<<set $search to $search +1>>"Drew, this is $name, I think I found our killer. Do you happen to have any suspect, related or not, with the last name Daniels? Your favorite guy at the office, Vincent Romano, asks if you've gathered enough evidence.
<<if $evidence gte 4>> "Yeah, I think I've got what we need." He takes the evidence and head over to the testing station.Drew follows in with me, holding a similar, deluted sample.
"Good work, you're friend here is a lier. I've wanted to say that for so long." [[Skip to agent Daniel's court case]]
